A couple of days I read an article named Why I Think LinkedIn Endorsements Will Be Dead By The End Of The Year.
I think the author miss the point with LinkedIn endorsements. Each individual endorsement is not important. Its the pattern that is important. If a person gets a lot of endorsement from a large number of people for i e ”Business Development” the amount of endorsements says that this person most likely have something when it comes to Business Development. This means that the number of LinkedIn endorsement creates a significance if they are in large enough volume.
